These terms apply when you visit Survue.io, create an account, launch a live demo, or complete a survey. Survue.io is a customer feedback platform being developed by Pixy.ltd. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Survue.io.

Survue.io lets businesses create surveys, collect responses on a tablet or via a link or QR code, and review results in a dashboard. Features, plans, and availability can change as the product develops.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always work the same way.

You must provide accurate details when you sign up and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, poses a security risk, or is used in a way that could harm other users or the service.

You own the surveys, branding, and other content you add to Survue.io. You grant us a licence to host, display, and process that content only as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for what you ask in surveys, how you use the responses, and for having a lawful basis to collect them. Do not collect information you are not allowed to collect.

Do not misuse Survue.io. That includes attempting to break into the service, scrape other people's data, send spam, upload malware, impersonate others, or use the product for anything illegal.

Guest survey pages are for genuine customer feedback. Do not use them to attack, harass, or deceive respondents.

The live demo is for evaluation. Unsaved demo workspaces and their surveys, responses, brand images, and sessions are deleted when you leave or log out, and otherwise about one hour after creation unless you save by creating an account.

Demo content is not a production workspace. Do not put real customer data or secrets into an unsaved demo.

Some features are limited by plan. Plan names, limits, and prices may change. If you subscribe, the charges and terms shown at checkout or in your account apply.

Free and Business plans print “Surveys by Survue.io” on QR codes (under your logo, or centred if you have no logo). Business+ and Enterprise plans show that line below the QR instead.

Survue.io, its name, design, and software are owned by Pixy.ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the product except as the law allows.

Survue.io is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Insights in the dashboard are tools to help you decide; they are not professional advice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pixy.ltd and Survue.io are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as Survue.io develops. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
