Business+ and Enterprise keep that line below the QR, and unlock hi-res QR downloads and website embed code.
How does Enterprise pricing work?: Enterprise is tailored to your organisation. Contact sales for multi-brand roadmap, dedicated support, and advanced controls.
How many brand photos can I store?: Free includes up to 6 photos in your brand library. Business includes up to 20. Business+ and Enterprise have unlimited brand photo storage. Use library photos on individual surveys or set one as your default survey background.
Is annual billing available?: Yes. Toggle yearly billing on this page to see annual pricing. Stripe checkout will honour your selected interval when billing goes live.
Will my existing surveys change if I downgrade?: Your surveys stay in your account, but any beyond your new plan’s limit are deactivated. Only your most recent surveys remain active—up to the plan allowance (for example, Free keeps your 1 most recent survey active). Deactivated surveys appear as inactive in the UI until you upgrade or free up a slot.
