- What hardware do I need?
No special hardware is required. Survue runs on your existing tablets—any device with a browser and an Internet connection will work, so there is no need to purchase dedicated equipment. Deployment is quick and cost-effective. For the best experience, we recommend a tablet with a screen of 7″ or larger.
- How long does setup take?
Most businesses can be up and running in minutes with a simple setup process and no complex installation requirements.
- Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Survue is built to scale seamlessly from a single location to unlimited sites, all managed from one central dashboard.
- What analytics does Survue provide?
Survue includes powerful analytics tools that help you track trends, monitor customer satisfaction, compare locations, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Can I customise my surveys?
Yes. You can create surveys that match your brand and collect the feedback that matters most to your business. Free includes up to 6 brand photos; Business up to 20; Business+ and Enterprise have unlimited photo library storage. All plans support image backgrounds; Business+ and Enterprise also support video backgrounds on splash and question screens. Your company logo can appear on guest surveys on every plan. In the logged-in dashboard header, Free and Business show Survue branding (survue.io); Business+ and Enterprise can show your company logo instead.
- Are responses available in real time?
Yes. Survey responses are available immediately, allowing you to monitor customer sentiment as it happens.
