Privacy Policy

Survue.io is a customer feedback platform. It is being developed by Pixy.ltd. This policy explains how we handle personal information for the Survue.io website, accounts, live demo, and surveys.

If you use Survue.io to collect feedback from your own customers, you decide what to ask and how long to keep those responses. In that case you are the controller of your survey data, and we process it on your behalf to provide the service.

Account and workspace: name or email you sign up with, login session, workspace and survey settings, brand images, and team membership if you invite colleagues.

Survey responses: answers your customers submit, including ratings, comments, and any contact details they choose to leave when they request a follow-up.

Enquiries: email, optional company details, and message text from Contact us or Register Early.

Demo workspaces: the website, business name, or industry you enter to try Survue.io, plus any survey or response data created in that demo.

Technical data: cookies or similar storage needed to keep you signed in, remember site access where a staging gate is used, and keep the product working. We do not sell this information.

To provide Survue.io: host surveys, show results in your dashboard, send transactional email such as sign-up verification, and support your account.

To answer enquiries you send through Contact us or Register Early.

To operate the live demo, including deleting unsaved demo workspaces when you leave or log out, and otherwise about one hour after they are created unless you save by creating an account.

To keep the service secure, debug issues, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with infrastructure providers that help us run Survue.io (for example hosting, database, and email delivery), and only as needed to provide the service, or if the law requires us to.

If you generate a survey from a public website, we fetch publicly available pages you ask us to analyse. Do not submit information you are not allowed to use.

Account and survey data is kept while your workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards if you close the account, unless you ask us to delete it sooner where the law allows.

Unsaved live demo workspaces and their surveys, responses, brand images, and sessions are deleted when you leave or log out, and otherwise about one hour after creation.

Enquiry emails are kept long enough to reply and for ordinary business records.

We use cookies or local storage to keep you signed in, remember dashboard layout and filters, and (on staging) remember that you passed site access. These are needed for the site to work as expected.

You can access or update most account details in Survue.io settings. You can ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold, or to send a copy, by using Contact us. We may need to verify the request and keep some records where the law requires it.

If you submitted answers as a guest on a business's survey, contact that business first. They control those responses. We can help the account holder action a deletion request they send us.

Survue.io is intended for businesses, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as Survue.io develops. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
